I’ve been in business for 22 years, and my husband is an agent as well. We operate two offices, but we function as one unified team — every team member works together toward a shared goal. That collaboration is a big part of what makes our agency special. We have an amazing, capable, and genuinely caring team of 10 people who support one another and take pride in the work we do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kathy Modesitt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
