We're looking for a sharp, confident professional who enjoys working with people and is motivated by
results.
In this fast-paced role, you'll work with our existing customers to strengthen relationships, review their
current coverage, identify additional needs, and recommend products that are right for them.
What You'll Do
• Conduct customer account reviews
• Identify sales and retention opportunities
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships
• Communicate with customers by phone and face-to-face
• Meet weekly and monthly production goals
What We're Looking For
Someone who is quick-thinking, organized, comfortable with people, able to retain detailed information,
and motivated to achieve measurable goals.

Expected total compensation ranges:
- $52,000+ for average performers
- $70,000+ for strong performers
- $85,000+ and beyond for high achievers
